Trinity had long loved to come to the meadows, but lately she had been terrified of being alone. She was walking, her stomache slighly bulging with each step. She knew she would need to tell Zephos, wherever he was.
She sighed deeply as she slowly layed down. It slightly angered her, the whole weight thing. She could barely walk without losing her breath. She was in the shade of a huge rock, panting for air. She hadn't told anyone about what had happened, but it was getting kind of obvious.
She was thinking about what they could look like, probly little copies of him. Trinity had no idea what he looked like, but she would soon, if any got his genes. What would she tell them? She didn't want to scare them...

Jaden trotted through the meadows, looking around for something small to hunt. She had been leaving the camp earlier without asking, when one of the fighters saw her.
"Where are you going?" Cora snapped.
"Oh, I thought I'd go practice hunting," Jaden answered her evil-seeming kin.
"You know you're not allowed to leave camp without asking a higher rank, first," the older femme snarled.
"Oh, right. Can I go practice hunting? I'll bring whatever I catch back for the pack. I'm not hungry," Jaden asked innocently.
Cora growled. "Fine," she snapped. "But if anything happens to you, you left on your own."
"Yeah, whatever," Jaden said. She turned back around and left, a mischevious grin on her face. That always worked. She'd seen Trinity leave earlier, and decided to follow the older trainee.
Jaden would have to find some little prey to kill and bring back, just so that she had an excuse. Now, however, she decided that she'd go talk to Trinity.
"Hey Trinity!"she called. She noticed that her friend was gasping for air. She hadn't run here.... What was up with her? She seemed to be... gaining weight.
Jaden trotted up to the other fae, totally oblivious to what had happened to her friend. Her carefree attitude was totally noticeable, as always. She had no idea something was wrong.

((Sorry I got off, I had to go shopping real quick.))
Trinity saw Jaden approaching. She tried to hide her pants, but they were still extremely obvious. She thought up an excuse quickly, though she didn't think her buddy would buy it. She's young, but she's definately not an idiot.
Hey ... I ... Excuse me for ... panting like this ... I've gotta ... lay off those rabbits! she breathed, slowly catching her breath. She really hoped she wouldn't ask, but if she did, she might just tell her later.
She looked back at her stomache. Ick. You're getting so fat! she insulted herself. She looked back to her friend as she layed on her side, putting less pressure on the contents of her stomache.

||It's okay!||
"I'll say! You didn't even run here! Are you sure you've just been eating too many rabbits?" Jaden said. She wasn't one to hold back. Her jade eyes revealed a hint of suspicion. She thought something else was up.

"I'll say! You didn't even run here! Are you sure you've just been eating too many rabbits?"
'Shoot, she didn't buy it...' She thought, looking at the ground. She didn't want to come right out and say it, that might be frightening.
"No." She said. She didn't want to tell her what it was, but she let her know something else was up. She smiled at her micheviosly.
"So, How'd you sneak out?" She asked, changing the topic. She had gotton her breath back now, but she was still pretty exhausted.

Jaden eyed her friend suspiciously, but as soon as Trinity brought up sneaking out of camp, she forgot.
She laughed. "I was about to walk out when Cora saw me. Seriously, of all the wolves in this pack, it had to be my grumpy aunt that saw me. She asked me where I was going, and I was like, 'I'm going to practice hunting.' She was all like, 'You know you're not supposed to leave camp without permission!' and I was like, 'Oh, right. Can I go practice hunting?' I told her that I wasn't hungry and that I'd bring everything I caught back to camp. So the evil flea-bag was all like, 'Fine. But if anything happens to you, you left on your own.' I was all like, 'Whatever,' and left. She totally bought it!" Jaden explained.

Trinity laughed, forgetting for a moment all all the wrongs done to her, reality, everything. Jaden had a way of doing that to her.
I'm not surprised, she's not exactly the sharpest claw on the wolf, you know! You could tell her you were going to jump off a cliff and take flight, and she'd be like 'Tell me how I look from the sky!'!!! She mocked, laughing a bit. "I think the reason she's so mean is because she's really conceded."
Trinity had always felt bad for Jaden, being related to Cora. She was glad she wasn't like her aunt.

Jaden laughed. "Yeah, or she'd tell me to 'have fun.' She'd probably say something like, 'Good luck. I hope that 'works out' for you,'" she said, half laughing as she said it. "She's so full of herself. She thinks she's the best thing that's ever happened to the world. I can't believe she still boasts about the way she took down a Maotu cat 'single-handedly'. I bet someone knocked it around plenty before it got to her." The yellow-orange fae knew that the two of them weren't the only wolves that dislike Cora. Everyone hated her. She was so annoying. It was impossible to like her.

"I know! She acts like it is such a big deal that she killed a beaten up, tiny maotu. I bet you and I could take three healthy cats."
She laughed, thinking about how full of it Cora really was.
"What's up with her 'X' tattoo?" Trinity laughed. She thought if actually fit Cora well, but she still disliked her all the same.

Jaden laughed. "Yeah, maybe we could take on three if you cut down on all those rabbits," she said jokingly, recalling Trinity's difficulty breathing. She hadn't forgotten entirely.
"Yeah, I don't know what that tattoo is all about, either," Jaden said, grinning.

Trinity bit her lip. The chat about Cora had made her forget about it.
"You can keep a secret, right?" She asked, forgetting all about Cora. She really trusted Jaden, and though she was younger than her, she wasn't a blabbermouth. She hoped she wouldn't scare her by what she was preparing to tell, but it had to be done some time.
"Jaden, I'm... I'm expecting. I'm pregnant." She said, looking down at her paws.

"You can keep a secret, right?"
"Of course!" Jaden said. She couldn't wait to hear what it was. She had no idea what her friend was about to say. She was eager to hear Trinity's secret, but she would never say anything to anyone.
"Jaden, I'm... I'm expecting. I'm pregnant." She said, looking down at her paws.
Jaden's jaw dropped. "You're...." Jaden didn't believe it. "You're not serious. ...Right?" she said. At first she was sure, but she asked if she was correct unsurely. Why would Trinity joke about something like that. But Jaden refused to believe that her friend meant it. She was probably just trying to trick her....

As much as Trinity wanted to look up with a smile, laugh and say 'No!', she couldn't do that to her. She knew what she must be thinking, why did she do that? She knows what the penalty is! But it's so not like like that...
"Yeah." She said, not meeting her eyes.

"But.... You know what the penalty is... for that...." Jaden said slowly, seeing that Trinity was serious. Her jade optics were wide now, full of fear for the older trainee. She looked up to Trinity.... She didn't understand why Trinity would do that....

Trinity tried her best not to cry by taking a deep breath.
"It's not fair, Jaden. It's not my fault..."
