Ok well, this is just a list of things that the staff members do, so everyone stays on the same track. :3

Admin

Graphics Artist

All Staff
- Different rank stars.
- Access to the admin board.
- Responsibility to set a good example in character and out of character.
- Custom titles below rank stars (eg, Kavari Leader, Kanaran Healer, etc). This also goes for members who have characters of special rank.
- Ability to accept all bios.
Admin
- Ability to alter headers and footers.
- Ability to change forum skin and colors (that's the background).
- Ability to change ranks and accept/appoint staff members.
- Official answerer of almost all questions.
- Just about everything else. XD
Global Moderator
- Pretty much the same as the admin, but they have to obey the admin.
- Also responsible for making sure the content on all boards is appropriate.
- Ability to sent mass e-mails/pms.
Moderators
- Ability to update the news (when needed).
- Ability to edit the censored word list.
- Responsible for making sure the content on their assigned boards is appropriate.
- Responsible for taking care of general OOC tasks on the site (especially when admin/global mod is absent).
- Ability to send mass e-mails/pms when instructed by admin.
Graphics Artist
- Ability to edit skins/forum colors.
- Responsibility to create new looks for the forum regularly to make it look nice for all of us.
